Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance procedures.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your camping gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Check Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unused items in original packaging with tags attached, including:

  • Tents of all sizes (1-2 berth to 7+ berth)
  • Camping chairs and beds
  • Camp kitchen equipment
  • Awnings and accessories

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used airbeds (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened beach/body board products
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance/sale items marked as final sale

Step 2: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Email content including:
    • Product name(s) you’re returning
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
    • Your full name and contact number

Step 3: Package and Ship

Once your return is approved:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • For exchanges, clearly note what you’d like instead

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Appearance in your account: Allow additional 3-10 business days depending on your bank

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable except for faulty items. For exchanges, you’ll be responsible for new shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Faulty Items

If your camping equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  • We’ll cover return shipping costs
  • Choose between repair, replacement, or refund
